Crafted in a deep matte black shell, the JOIUSS hard case opens to reveal a rich violet velvet interior, softly contoured to protect your frames. The lining is finished with a subtle gold JOIUSS signature, creating a moment of theatre each time the case is opened. Durable yet refined, it is designed for daily use while preserving a sense of ceremony.

Cleaning Cloth

The custom JOIUSS microfibre cloth is woven in our signature violet, finished with an understated repeating logo. Ultra-soft and non-abrasive, it is designed to gently clean lenses without streaking, while reinforcing the tactile luxury of the JOIUSS experience.

Presentation Box

Your eyewear is delivered in a structured presentation box finished in a smooth midnight tone, embossed with the JOIUSS name in warm gold. Minimal and architectural, the box is designed to be kept, stored, or gifted, extending the brand experience well beyond first wear.

Your JOIUSS frames are carefully constructed using premium materials and balanced for all-day comfort. Each frame is designed to sit naturally on the bridge of the nose, with sculpted temples that provide a secure yet gentle fit without pressure.

To preserve their beauty, we recommend storing your glasses in the JOIUSS hard case when not in use and cleaning lenses only with the supplied microfibre cloth. Avoid placing frames lens-down on hard surfaces and keep them away from excessive heat or prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.

With thoughtful care, your JOIUSS eyewear will maintain its shape, finish, and clarity over time, ageing gracefully with every wear.

If you require minor adjustments for the perfect fit, most local opticians can tailor the temples and nose fit with ease.

Frame-Only Orders

If you’ve selected a frame without prescription lenses, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Frames must be returned in perfect, unworn condition, accompanied by all original packaging and accessories, just as they arrived.

Prescription & Custom Lens Orders

Prescription eyewear is crafted exclusively for you. While frames supplied with prescription orders may be returned, custom lenses are non-refundable, as they are individually made to your specification and cannot be resold.

We recommend trying your frames gently and indoors, allowing you to experience their fit and character while preserving their pristine condition.
