If you're unsure of your required strength, a good starting point is to consider your age. For those aged 40-45, +1.00 is common. For 45-50, try +1.50. For 50-55, +2.00. For 55-60, +2.50. For 60+, +3.00 to +3.50. However, the best way to determine your strength is to have an eye exam. You can also use a printable reading test chart online.

Can I add blue light filtering to my reading glasses?

If you have a prescription, you can order any JOIUSS frame as prescription glasses.

What if I choose the wrong strength?
