More "Wearers" added to our wearers wall community!
Product page improvements for BIFOCAL lens types. Changed to pictures of bifocal shape and warning message for those that actually require NO LINE progressive power to reselect USE type.
Also increased prescription options for multi focal lenses.
26 August 2020 - Fixed
Updates have caused the Virtual Try On tool to be removed on some products.
Fix scheduled tonight will be back fully operational tomorrow.
25 August 2020 - Updates
A number of improvements added to the lens options selector.
- Blue Light Protection options for all lens types
- Clickable question marks to answer common queries we recieve, they pop up in the same window when clicked.
- Increased the lens power options available for all lens types so that more customers can order online with us
- Now showing the lowest price frame option for 'Frame Only' buyers throughout when viewing from collections through to the product page.
- Solved some customer confusion between 'Bifocal' & Varifocal lenses by including more detail in the lens type selector menu.
- Safari browsing error also fixed (Mentioned Below)
We have other improvements planned and always listen to suggestions so our customers have a simple and pleasurable experience when shopping with us.

2nd August 2020 - Fixed
A few customers have been having trouble using the safari browser on mobiles when trying to order customised lenses..
We are currently fixing this issue...
We have temporarily removed the prescription BLUE LIGHT PROTECTION options for near glasses until we update our pricing calculator..
We anticipate a fix for this within a few days..

29-07-2020 - Pick Ups Every Tuesday & Thursday
Orders should start to speed up from the 18th August as our glazing partner is resuming collections from us on a tuesday and thursday!
Quoted times for prescription orders will be reviewed then.
We have secured a glazing partner to service all prescription orders from today onwards.
We expect to dispatch orders between 7-10 days.
We will monitor this and advise if we can improve this delivery time.

19-04-2020 We are taking orders now and dispatching FRAME ONLY & SUNGLASSES orders every MONDAY afternoon until we can return to normal.
13-04-2020 We are closed until it is safe to return to normal operations.
We are still taking orders and responding to customer questions from home albeit a little slower than normal.
All orders will be made and dispatched as soon as we return to normal service.
